Are you separated, or thinking about separation?
Listen Talk Resolve specialises in helping families work through conflict and separation, whether the goal is to split finances and property; create care arrangements that meet your children's needs; or even to stay together. We offer flexibility in our services to suit each family’s needs and goals.
Family Dispute Resolution
Family dispute resolution is mediation that assists families work through family law issues such as parenting after separation; dividing property and finances; managing child support; and other related matters.
Renee Toy is specially trained to manage complex family issues and facilitate a structured conversation to work through conflict and post-separation disputes. Renee can adjust the mediation process to support each family’s needs. For parenting matters, Renee will help parents to focus on the children and work towards a resolution that will meet their children’s needs. For property and finance matters, Renee works with parties (with or without lawyers) to reach a resolution that can save thousands in legal fees.
If you are unable to resolve any issues through family dispute resolution, or if your matter is not suitable for FDR, Renee can issue a 'section 60I certificate' to allow you to seek a resolution through the courts.
